Engineering Specialist
Minimum of Two (2) years of experience.
split shift –10% differential

Summary:
Maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing plant/equipment/utilities maintaining compliance with all state and federal guidelines with emphasis on current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:
Under General Supervision to perform Mechanical Maintenance:

Perform Preventive Maintenance and breakdown maintenance consistent with cGMP engineering maintenance requirements for Facilities and Utilities.
Maintain documents related to PM, breakdown maintenance and usage logbook
Daily monitor Boiler, dust collectors, HVAC, Chillers, Water system and another utilities.
Perform non-routine tasks as necessary.
Daily monitoring of Building management system.
Source, order and maintain spare parts inventory.
Prepare PR for new parts and services.
To monitor pest control activities.
Assist to perform utility/plant daily monitoring and maintenance as needed
Follow all company policies related to job safety
Perform improvements/maintenance as required to support all operations

Qualifications/Education:
Minimum of High School/Trade School/Vocational School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Strong communication: verbal and written skills.
A self-starter with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
Project management and problem solving skills
The requirement for English language proficiency for this job role is Intermediate-B1+ (comparable to Global CEFR Independent B1) level based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
