Job Description
Duties:
The main responsibility required for this position will be to assist with protein purification. It will require a general understanding of protein biochemistry and protein stability. Extensive knowledge in Excel, Power point, Word processing.
Skills:
Extensive expertise in Excel, Power point and Word processing
Knowledge of different biological sample types (DNA, protein, cells, antibodies, etc.), appropriate storage conditions and sample handling desired
Attention to details
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Concise and accurate reporting of technical data and information
Ability to troubleshoot
Good writing and verbal communication skills
Appropriate level of understanding of applicable regulations
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workflows
Willing to take initiative and work independently
Experience working with biological samples is a plus
