Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Manufacturing Denver area or Englewood area, CO
Hybrid Onsite

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders across the factory to understand the business requirements and translate them into a successful talent acquisition strategy for a variety of Operations and Manufacturing Production positions.
  • Manage recruitment process for Hourly and Salaried positions.
  • Leverage a comprehensive array of recruitment tools to attract premier talent, including but not limited to: candidate applications, proactive sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, personal referrals, networking opportunities, and participation in local job fairs and community events.
  • Work in conjunction with the Early Careers team to establish pipelines for internships and entry-level positions across factories.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain data accuracy, and generate relevant reports.
  • Lead offer negotiation and preparation with candidates.
  • New hire onboarding Partner with hiring managers and new hires to provide onboarding guidance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • 5 or more years of experience recruiting for salaried and non-salaried positions within manufacturing facilities required .
  • A blend of both agency and corporate recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience managing processes through an ATS.
  • Experience utilizing multiple candidate sourcing tools (social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals).
  • Customer-oriented & driven by delivering results.
  • Fluent in English
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
