Scope of Project The construction coordinator is responsive for job creation workflow and milestone management of construction projects as well as administrative quality control of jobsoManage & Track MilestonesCreate jobs in JT/PolarisIssue Jobs to designManage job through full lifecycle updating milestones in JT/PolarisHandle exceptions to the life cycle SLAsReconcile jobs (office)oLiaise with StakeholdersPoint of contact for all internal comcast cross functional groups including BOC, CPM, FPM, and salesProvide reporting for next level managementoIdentify ResourcesCreate and approve funding requestMaterial management and reconciliationResearch contracts and agreementsManage funding request/purchase orderResponsible for job estimate(finance)oManage and Analyze Quality control FlowManage quality control workflowValidate that the field quality control is performedPull reports/provide feedback based on analysis of reportsInteract with other roles, including specialists and permit coordinators to ensure all milestones have been closedoConduct admin and Milestone Quality ControlFollow admin QC checklist (materials, invoice, pictures, footages)Validate permit is closedFinal invoice milestone is setEnsure all milestones are updatedClose jobs "
Position Comments: Onsite 4 days a week - Remote on Friday
Metro-E Projects for Keystone -Capital construction support/flexibility in assessing Client as project volume fluctuates
Host weekly project calls and maintains schedules and report on status. Basic understanding of Bentley Comm, Focus 95, Lode Data, OSP Insight, familiar with specifications for coax, fiber, knowledge of cable plant, regional processes and regional construction and installers
Position Comments: Onsite 4 days a week - Remote on Friday
