Job Summary
As part of the antibody discovery group, this individual will perform an essential role to support early-stage discovery programs by purification and qualification of antibody samples. They will be expected to perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment, and record work in detailed electronic notebooks.

Summary of the Essential Functions of the Job
- Plan, perform, analyze, and document laboratory experiments
- Prepare cell supernatants and purify antibody samples
- Buffer exchange, quality control and normalization of purified samples
- Troubleshoot and optimize purification workflows to improve their efficiency
- Maintain laboratory instruments and supplies
Minimum Requirements
- BS/MS in biology, biochemistry or related life sciences field
- 1-2 years industry experience
- Knowledge and hands-on-experience with protein purification required
- Experience with liquid handling automation a plus
- Strong organization, communication, and computer skills
- Flexible and enthusiastic in a fast paced biotech
