CRM Early Assets TA Manager
hybrid role onsite in Ridgefield working 40 hours per week.
Department: Cardio Renal TA CDMA - USBA42
Duties:
The Early Assets TA Manager, under the direction of the US Early Assets TA Leads, is accountable for the overall execution of projects that are fundamental to strategic portfolio planning and TA pipeline execution. This role is responsible for creating and managing cross functional collaboration and for
coordination of internal and external processes that support development of US early asset deliverables.
Candidate should demonstrate excellent project management, business acumen, agility, outstanding problem-solving skills and relevant expertise to steer, guide, challenge, and coach early cross-functional teams, while combining strategic urgency with the patient first mentality of the company. The incumbent fosters ongoing relationships within asset teams and among business leads, while planning ahead for known and yet to be identified projects, issues and opportunities.
Duties & Responsibilities
Accountable for documenting and tracking progress on deliverables and milestone completion. Knowledgeable of deliverable interdependencies and able to identify potential impact of early or delayed completion to overall timelines.
Accountable for U.S. EIAP preparation, including coordination with the Global Asset Team
Ensures overall U.S. Deliverables plan is developed and current, to ensure timely integrations within global development strategy.
Scheduling and documentation of Early Asset team meetings.
Supplement planning efforts in support of critical external events
Lead development, review and execution of internal and external customer assets that support early asset strategies and objectives.
Coordinates with internal resources to ensure highest level of quality and efficiency when developing assets supporting our early portfolio.
Seeks opportunities to innovate and try new ways of doing things. Embraces ambiguous situations and views failure as an opportunity to learn.
Quickly recognizes and proactively resolves issues with or deviation from proposed plans and timelines.
Establishes and rolls out tools, templates, and procedures.
Builds project deliverables, including kickoff presentations, meeting decks, status memos, and final presentations.
Shares best practices and fosters collaborative exchange amongst teams.
Manages and oversees workstream deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
Experience:
Five (5) years of overall pharmaceutical experience with a minimum of two (2) of those years in early pipeline development, New Product Launch, (Agile)Project Management, and/or Strategy Development Required.
Demonstrated project management, organizational, communication, attention to detail and time management skills required.
Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict, and ability to influence teams without authority is required.
Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver results on large initiatives.
Proficiency with project management software required.
Well-developed leadership skills.
Well-developed strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a highly matrixed organization.
Agile project management certification a plus.
Lean Six Sigma and process improvement experience a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, science, medicine, or related field;MBA, PharmD, or advanced graduate degree preferred.
