Cleared Systems Administrator

The SA will maintain operations of multi-user computer systems, virtual computer systems, COTS software products, and perform system administration within the scope of the contract. The SA should be familiar with Red Hat Linux, and Microsoft Windows. The SA should be aware of IBM AIX and Cisco IOS. In addition, knowledge/experience with CI/CD pipeline systems, virtualization, and software environment development is highly preferred. The SA Team is responsible for monitoring and correcting system performance issues, backing up and restoring files, patching system and operating system software, maintaining software licenses and assisting the Information Assurance (IA) Team with account management and system vulnerability management. The SA will work closely with the customer and peer personnel to accomplish these responsibilities. The SA will also provide on-the-job training on system configuration, assist in deploying software/hardware deliveries, support special projects, and assist operational crews and contractor teams in resolving system and network issues. The SA will assist the IA team by providing access to system logs, instructions for monitoring user accounts, and identifying and responding to security issues/incidents.
The following need/skills are required:
Agile Methodologies and
RedHat Linux environments to include OpenStack or VMWare and OpenShift
Ansible/Ansible Tower Knowledge and Scripting experience
An active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance required. Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.
Required Skills: This candidate much have a solid background in Jira Server Management (JSM) design and integration experience. Prefer Linux Systems Administration background, but the emphasis is on JSM design/integration work.
