HR Assistant 

Kaztronix seeks an HR Assistant; this individual is responsible for key functions within the Human Resources Department, including on-boarding of new employees, Time Card Reporting   and processing of HRIS and Benefits Administration. Also serves as the Front Desk Office Coordinator. The successful candidate must have strong computer and information systems skills and must be able to meet schedules and deadlines driven by operational tempo and deadlines. Qualified candidates must be eligible to work in the United States

Job Summary:
Human Resources:
Employee Onboarding and Departure support.  Time Card Collection from Various Client systems to support payroll Assists with reporting, presentations and audits as required. 
Assists department in carrying out various HR programs and procedures for all company employees and keeps a high-level of confidentiality. 
Manages new hire setup within ATS, ADP   and   benefits systems 
Assists with new hire onboarding, including the administration and communication of the company’ s benefits program in regard to plan options and policy features 
Process I9 and background checks 
New Hire state compliance reporting 
Ensures that departing employee have turned in equipment (badge, building keys, etc.) 

Assist with hiring of internal recruiters and develop training plan.
Responsible for benefits administration including maintaining electronic and other records. 
Assists in Processing and reconciling monthly benefit invoices in a self-payment environment 

Provides excellent customer to our Field consultants and internal recruiting and sales staff.
Front Desk:
Receptionist duties include welcoming visitors, answering phones, relaying messages, coordinating catering, maintaining the visitor log, sorting mail, updating corporate framework, and other general administrative tasks as requested. 
Maintenance of Kitchen/Breakroom including loading and emptying the dishwasher on a daily basis, maintaining cabinets, closet, and drawers in an organized manner, and periodic refrigerator clean-out. Ensures that the coffee machine is stocked, and the appearance of the kitchen/break room is kept neat and organized. 
Ensures that the conferences Rooms & VIP Office are neat and organized, schedules conference rooms for HQ employees and guests and manages conflicts, and reserves VIP office for guests. 
Ensures that the general Office Area, reception, and closets are neat and organized. Will be responsible for contacting appropriate vendors for facility needs. 
Maintains the copy/supply room cabinets and drawers in an organized manner. 
Orders office and kitchen supplies as requested and returns used printer cartridges for recycling. 
Maintains office key card list, garage parking card and building key fob list, and other asset/inventory tracking as requested. 
Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience/Skills:
Bachelor’ s degree in a related discipline (business or human resources) required; HR certification a plus. 
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources. 
Experience with excess data entry. 
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively Highly detail-oriented, accurate and organized. 
Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure. 
Interpersonal skills in the areas of problem-solving, conflict resolution, group planning, and decision-making. 
Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, integrity, and able to assume responsibility. 
Exercise effective multi-tasking and time management techniques. 
Maintain confidentiality with internal and external issues 
Possess good communication skills (speaking, writing, listening, and teamwork).

Hours:  8: 00 A.M to 5: 00 PM
