Workday HRIS Consultant HCM and Security
REMOTE POSITION
The Workday HRIS Consultant HCM and Security is responsible for providing advanced technical skillset to Global HR Information System (Workday). This position will work with the HRIS Workday Manager - HCM and Security to support all Workday HCM and Security
This position will act as a Technical Partner to Corporate IT, Global Payroll, HR Centers of Excellence (Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Acquisition) to gather Table Setup and configurations as needed. Leverage knowledge of system functionality, along with other functional and technical skills, to provide ongoing maintenance and enhancement support for users and production operations.
This role requires deep technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable in Configuration and Maintenance of Table Setup, and building Supervisory Organization
Knowledgeable in creating Companies and locations with the Workday HRIS system
Most have knowledge and experience in configuring and loading EIBs
Most have knowledge and experience in configuring Workday Security including intersecting, Rule based and segmented security groups.
Requirements:
Bachelor s Degree, preferably in Computer Science/Software Engineering /Management Information Systems/Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
3+ years of hands-on experience in Designing, Building, Testing, Deploying, and Troubleshooting Workday HCM, and Workday Security.
3+ years of experience in developing Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Document Transformation,
Strong critical thinking skills to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making.
Knowledge of Workday Org Studio a Plus
Ability to effectively manage multiple client requests and operate in a dynamic, growing, ecosystem with minimal supervision.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
In-depth knowledge of human resources principles and practices.
Superior client-focus and commitment to customer service.
Excellent organizational, teamwork, collaboration and communication skills and attributes
