A Global Government Contracting Company is seeking a NetApp Engineer to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA!

Providing NetApp hardware & software expertise in support of the Combined Orbital Operations Logistics and Resiliency contract on   Advanced EHF & Milstar System Database (ASDB) activities.
Provide support through all phases of ASDB NetApp storage array installation, configuration and volume migration in conjunction with the ASDB Database server obsolescence mitigation.
Implement/maintain ASDB NetApp storage array administration including installation and upgrade of ONTAP System Manager, network integration, and configuration of volumes and snapshots for performance.
Review existing ASDB NetApp configuration and   practices, and recommend refinements, improvements and enhancements to enhance performance and align with industry best practices.
System administration, system backups and troubleshooting the ASDB NetApp storage array.

Must have:

NetApp storage array administration and configuration management including experience with ONTAP software installation and use, volume creation and migration, and network configuration.
Good understanding of software and database development processes.
Experience in complex NetApp filer migration, installation & configuration set-up and configuration management.
NetApp storage array performance tuning, and volume configuration targeted at particular data types. 
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, both an analytical and creative mindset.
Ability to effectively handle multitasking and changing priorities
Commitment in team concept with a strong passion for process improvement.
