Key Responsibility Summary
Provides overall guidance to site team to ensure all activities are in alignment with local business needs. Manages NC Laboratories site, works with Technical Sales Manager to set expectations at the sites to meeting overall Heubach Operational goals.
- Guiding two lab techs for product R+D
- Development of the opportunities until they are given to the corresponding sales rep.
- Speeches at Shows and Exhibitions to generate interest and introduction of products and services for future business.
- Training of sales and technical people internally and at customers and distributors
- Working with sales team to promote products and generate business.
