Job Description
Candidates will need to have strong Database knowledge but the Database they will be using its proprietary to the P2 ticketing system. Entering construction field tickets all day.
They will be entering construction tickets into P2 system. Inputting construction releases and reviewing for serviceability. They receive an average of 100-120 request per day.
Business Benefit of Investment: Release of projects in a timely manor.
Specific Project Stage/System Being Supported: P2 address releasing for Central Division.
Key Deliverables:
1. Resolve P2 tickets via current process.
2. Pre-Sales survey coordination for SMB (coax) and Metro E (fiber).
3. P2 Phase 1 and Phase 2 address releases
