Job Description: Must able to travel to the Philly office twice per month. Program Management and Coordination: Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan using Excel, detailing tasks, responsible personnel, and timelines. Process and Content Development: Create dynamic content, including process flows, status slides, and documents, to clearly communicate the scope and progress of the program. Effective Communication and Team Leadership: Lead meetings with impacted teams to review the program's progress, identifying and documenting any impacts on existing processes. Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Clarification: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify product and operational requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding. Adaptive Stakeholder Management: Secure stakeholder alignment on evolving requirements and changes in project scope, fostering an environment of flexibility and adaptability. Proactive Task Management: Drive project tasks to completion through active working sessions, engaging with system and process experts to find solutions and advance project goals. Regular Status Reporting: Deliver verbal and written updates on key project tasks, risks, and issues on a weekly basis, maintaining transparency and informed decision-making. Project Plan Management: Consistently update and manage the project plan, ensuring all team members are informed and engaged. Process Documentation and Presentation: Summarize current state processes and impacts in a PowerPoint-based format that is clear and easily understandable for stakeholders. Decisive Stakeholder Documentation: Prepare formal documents capturing key stakeholder decisions, alignment, and scope adjustments. Meeting Efficiency and Follow-up: Take diligent meeting notes and promptly follow up on action items to ensure progress and accountability. Risk and Issue Communication: Proactively communicate potential risks or issues via emails or other communication channels, highlighting any concerns that may affect the program.This role requires a proactive, communicative individual who is not hesitant to collaborate with new teams and individuals, ensuring a cohesive and successful program management experience. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Typically has 6-8 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
