Looking  for a scrum master that will be part of the new agile software development team being  built to develop the cloud based Next  Generation Industrial Data Analytics platform. 

  • Work with the  Product Owner and the  development  teams  to capture user stories  and tasks, configure and track them  in JIRA  including  all inter-dependencies across products 
  • Utilize servant leadership style to support the development teams 
  • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings 
  • elp thHelp  Help the teams  clarify  goals and actions required to achieve them 
  • Provide teams with resources, information, communication and practical advice  to enable the teams  regularly deliver working  software 
  • Act aRemove impediments for the development teams; prevent distractions that interfere with the ability of the teams  to deliver the sprint  goals 
  • Keep the development teams responsible for their targets and deadlines 
  • Manage release cycles for multiple software products 
  • Act as a champion of the scrum framework  for the project team 
  • Manage  reporting  for the team;  generate sprint burndown charts, prepare and communicate project status reports, … 
  • Manage  financial tracking  the team; create purchase requests and track their approvals, manage approvals of vendor contracts, track  weekly  purchase order consumption… 


The candidate must possess the following  skills  and experience:  
  • Bachelor’ s degree: Computer Science, Mathematics  or  other  Business / Sciences 
  • Minimum  5  years of experience  implementing  enterprise software systems 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience  in  Scrum Master  role  for software development teams – in a multi team environment 
  • Understand backlog  tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and task definition 
  • Experience working  in a software development team utilizing  AWS stack of tools and services 
  • Strong  scrum / agile coaching  experience 
  • Experience with agile techniques such as Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery, Automated Testing / Continuous Testing, … 
  • Strong  analytical, problem solving  skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision 
  • Must be high energy  with a drive  and  a  self-motivational, pro-active attitude 
  • Ability to facilitate discussion and encourage alternatives and different approaches 
  • Ability to lead a team to  self-organization 
  • This person will work directly with cross-functional teams and must have  exceptional  interpersonal skills  and emotional intelligence
