*This is not a remote position - must work in the NJ office.

Responsible for delivering services which include recruiting candidates, hiring and managing billable employees to supply clients with workforce staff augmentation.

Client Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of assigned client hiring practices and staffing processes
- Candidate and employee relationship management as needed to develop sales and recruiting leads
Freedom to Act/Accountability:
- Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective-oriented terms. Receives guidance based on organizational goals and company policy. Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization's objectives and schedules
- Policy involvement: Follows operating policies. Follows organizational policies
- Accomplishes results through combined effort of sales and recruiting team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity.
- Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the business operations.
Direct Work Involvement/Complexity:
- Maintain working knowledge of up-to-date sourcing and screening methodologies
- Function as subject matter expert for specialized testing, if applicable
- Document and share what is learned from each hire including viability of candidates selected, why qualified candidates deselected, and implications for providing feedback to client and rest of team
- Fully responsible and single point of contact for all assigned requisitions
- Responsible for preparing appropriate slate and employing all available recruiting and sourcing strategy tools
- Responsible for building a qualified candidate profile and preparing the most qualified candidate slate for assigned requisitions
- Responsible for management of candidate pool for each requisition and leveraging all internal resources
- Responsible for executing appropriate external sourcing strategy
- Erroneous decisions or recommendations would possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time, human resources, and funds
- Act as process improvement consultant
- Frequent contacts with equivalent level inter-organizational employees and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives
- Perform courtesy interviews for referrals and document the results as needed

- Bachelor's degree recommended but not required.
- 1-2 years recent business to business or business to consumer sales experience, whether retail or telemarketing, is a plus
- Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to qualify and close deals
- Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
- Knowledge of commonly used recruiting concepts, practices and procedures for sourcing and screening in a recruiting and internal staffing environment
