Job Description


The Regulatory Affairs (RA) Associate is a key role of the Global RA Transition project who will assist with the coordination and/or completion of international document requests and support activities related to contracting and purchase orders. The Associate will be required to commute to the office.

What You Will Do

Assist with the coordination and completion of international regulatory documents.

Coordinate signatures with RA managers (locally and globally)

Complete notary services (notary public preferred and/or can be provided)

Send documentation to agencies for further legalization.

Distribute all final documents to the markets.

Participate in weekly and/or monthly calls with the IDR team.

Be a core team member of workstreams aimed at executing M&A activities.

Develop cross-stakeholder communications to drive project alignment on planning status, risks, and issues.

Manage and coordinate cross-functional interdependencies and initiatives and identify decisions/issues requiring cross-functional review.

Train and obtain access on tools and systems that support contracting, PO, and invoicing for regulatory affairs in the US and EMEA.

Support budget tracking as directed by DRI

Efficiently prioritize and manager multiple tasks, ensuring all tasks are completed within the given deadlines.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure that projects/tasks progress smoothly and efficiently.

Ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

Qualifications:

A bachelor s degree or equivalent in related fields.

Administrative and/or notary experience is preferred.

Proven experience in multi-tasking roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-developed problem-solving, and use of project management tools

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, systems/computers, and accounting software, etc

Positive attitude and team player mentality.
