Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project management exp with strong communication skills
- Able to prepare updates for Senior stake holders on a short notice
- Excellent presentation skills and able to communicate updates and escalate risks at the right time to mitigate impact to project timeline
- Financial Management day to day spend but also full year and future year projections
- Construction: Partner with onsite Construction team to ensure fit out is to appropriate finish
- Validation: Partnering with Site QA team to develop and implement efficient transfer process
- People Management: ability to ensure small delays don t derail critical items and work with embedded team on site to ensure smooth implementation.
- Strategic Mindset: ability to think bigger picture and work with Senior leadership on long term strategy for area/site.
- Technical: Interest/Background in 3DP would be beneficial but not critical
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor of Science Degree from accredited institution in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related degree.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 3-5 years of Project management experience in manufacturing setting.
- strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate across multiple audiences, including support teams, peers and Senior management, in both written and oral manners
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Digital literacy, including use of Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred:
- Experience in a Medical Device and/or regulated manufacturing work environment.
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as Medical Device.
- General understanding of manufacturing processes
- Willingness to support global projects, which may include travel.
