Job Description

The Role:
The Project Manager is responsible for providing project management leadership and support for the Regulatory team. This role will develop strong leadership and oversights of regulatory submissions and communication. This includes submission content planning and coordination for international markets, streamlining processes, and leading strategy. The Project Manager will develop timelines, provide governance, lead certain project teams, support the functions in project planning, drive execution and manage risk, allocate resources appropriately, and coordinate interdependencies across all the functions.

What You'll Do:
Direct late-stage projects involving and external stakeholders and vendors. Track, report and facilitate the resolution of issues and risks across several integrated projects. Create cross functional project plans to ensure clarity of deliverables and timing. Track project tasks and efforts associated with organization and process setup of multiple functions e.G. Commercial, R&D, Medical Affairs, Executive team, Manufacturing comms and Finance. Track goals and action items.

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:
BA or BSc degree in related field with 5+ years of project management experience required.
Experience in biotech preferred.
Experience with international markets a plus.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional programs in the following ways: Ability to solve complex problems.
Ability to work in a fluid environment and foster a strong collaborative spirit.
Strong knowledge of project management tools/software (Veeva RIM, Sharepoint).
Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
