Job Description for above request:
Responsible for supporting TAOS team. Act as an HR point-of-contact for all potential Candidates.
Provides quality support services of with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. This includes responding to candidate request and inquiries, quickly interpreting the situation, determining the appropriate resolution and/or escalation, and communicating the resolution.
Works with moderate supervision/guidance.
Is accountable for individual results and impact on team.
Administer the recruiting process with a thorough understanding and knowledge of employment law, Company policy, and business impact.
Reviewing, creating, and delivering offer letters and various employment .
Track cases for documentation and work allocation purposes using a case management system.
Supports service center staff relative to phone traffic as needed.
Providing coordination & operational support to our in-house Talent Acquisition group. The Specialist will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates to provide a best-in-class hiring experience to candidates across the country.
