Job Description
- Experience:
- Serves as company point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and vendor contact
- Review job descriptions and compliance with FLSA
- Present Employee Benefit Informational meeting
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related required.
- Five years of experience administering compensation or benefits programs required
- Experience with large group benefits administration
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now required
